oopsie did bugfix

Update 0.10 January 5th:

- seeds

- consumables

- deploy returns card to discard pile when the unit dies

- the faction of the next sector depends on starting faction but first is always resistance
- tutorial

- stasis and freeze

- unlock flagships by getting to that sector

- unlock artifacts by playing with starting deck, unlock when making it to an odd sector with that deck

- run stats for deck in run start screen (empty before first run)

- 1/4 chance of weather

- win the game, credits

- launch lines

- place units anywhere in range

- RMB zoom

- velocity arrows

- dancing

- get money back when reconsidering delete card purchase in shop

- curse artifacts and many new artifacts

  - the purple area now moves the correct amount

Really really nice take on the deck building genre! It seemed a bit confusing why my ships sometimes flew right past the enemy ships
the 'flower tanks' seemed very hard to destroy

it was fun, but didn't keep me engaged to the end of the first level
